John K. Scott
Since joining our firm in 2021, John has represented a wide variety of firm clientele. He counsels and advocates for homeowner and condominium association clients in both transactional and litigation matters. He advises clients on a broad range of issues, from fiduciary duty liability to governing document enforcement and assessment collection. John has proven successful in effectively and efficiently resolving complex disputes involving homeowners.
John brings a diverse practice background to our firm. He has experience in personal injury, military servicemember representation, construction, bankruptcy, multi-million-dollar product liability litigation, criminal law, and general business consultation.
John is a graduate of Saint Louis University School of Law. While in school, he participated in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, representing clients in clemency petitions for prisoners in the Missouri Department of Corrections system, nation-wide agriculture litigation and real estate matters.
John is licensed to practice in the State of Missouri. He is an active member of the Heartland Chapter of Community Associations Institute (CAI) and attends CAI’s annual law seminar.
